Notes: Home shirt as worn when manager Massimiliano Allegri was replaced by club legend Clarence Seedorf, leading the club to the knockout stages of the Champions League after finishing as runners up in the their group behind Barcelona. However, they could not win in the knockout stages and were knocked out in the last 16 after losing 5-1 on aggregate against Atletico Madrid.
