Notes: Away shirt as worn when Jose Mourinho was replaced by Avram Grant as Chelsea manager after a disappointing draw against Rosenborg in the Champions League. Despite not winning any trophies in the 2007-08 season Chelsea took the Premier League title race to the last day of the season, finishing 2 points behind Manchester United, and made it to the 2008 Champions League final where they again fell short at the hands of Manchester United.
